"Do not do business with this company. Someone hit me, they did not fault me for the accident, but then cancelled my policy without notifying me. Good thing I didn't find out by getting pulled over, but they were still charging me. Ended up owing me a check that they supposedly Sent back in August. When I called to complain I was told, "There was a lot of confusion, that policy doesn't even exist." Then why was my account being charged? No explanation. New quote was twice the amount I was paying before for full coverage. I had never filed a claim before so I had a very long driving history. I believe that's why my policy was cancelled. I requested for them to send the check again and they didn't even have my address on file."
